Refund policy

We have a 24-hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your Artistic QR code to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the QR code you purchased must not be used on social media, printed or used for advertising or similar purposes under your link. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund implies a rejection of your purchase of Artistic QR code and the assignment of your link. Refunds can be issued either for the entire order or for individual items if there is more than one in the list.

If the return policy is not compromised and your return is accepted, we will send you an approval of your return request and information about the refund.

Low scannable and issues
When selecting a QR code from our store, you have the opportunity to check the level of its scannability (on your phone's camera or through third-party installed scanner applications) before making a purchase. Please take advantage of this opportunity. If you have not done this before purchase and you are not satisfied with your order after receiving it, then you have 24 hours to issue a refund.

Exclusions / non-returnable goods
We cannot accept returns of Artistic QR codes that have been redirected via your link and have already been used on social media, video platforms, printed or used for promotional or similar purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us within 24 hours of purchase to notify us that you wish to exchange the QR code you purchased for any other QR code available from our marketplace.

Returns
After your return request, we will notify you whether the return is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
