About this design

Two hummingbirds hover above a bundle of blossoms and a lotus-like flower, drawn in black ink on plain white. Square frames of concentric black lines sit among the petals and a wing, so they read as part of the drawing. The dense flowers and leaves, filled with solid black shapes, carry the modules. Heavy outlines and strong black against white keep the pattern crisp, while fine feather lines and speckled dots add tattoo-flash detail.
