Finches Ceramic Plate Folk Art QR Code Art

About this design

A glazed ceramic plate on a wooden stand holds a pair of finches perched among thistle branches, with a teal wash across the rim and speckled cream glaze beneath. The three finder squares are disguised as nested brown square tiles set into the glaze, each with a pale inner frame and a dark center. The birds, thistle heads and leafy sprigs carry the modules across the middle, where dark branches and light patches alternate. Strong contrast between brown outlines, white leaf shapes and green background keeps the pattern legible, and a soft shadow on the cream tabletop adds depth.
