About this design

A yin-yang emblem drawn in black ink, wrapped in a rough brush-stroke ring with ragged edges and scattered splatter dots. Inside, two swirling halves of scrollwork each hold a small staring eye. Three bold square frames with solid centers take the place of the finder squares, sitting among the curls and leaf shapes. The modules are carried by the dense black flourishes, dots and grey washes against clean white, so the contrast stays sharp throughout.
