About this design

Two horned triceratops trudge through deep snow in an open meadow, their brown and white patched hides dusted with powder and distant mountains covered in ice behind them. Two dark wooden frames with snow-lined interiors float above the scene and take the place of the finder squares. The snow drifts, speckled hides and footprints carry the light and dark modules across the lower field. Strong contrast between brown bodies and white ground keeps the pattern legible, and the open-mouthed, expressive faces give it a playful touch.
