A snowman in a black top hat and plaid scarf stands on a smooth snowy hill in front of a row of brick houses. Wreaths, garlands, a large gold star and decorated fir trees cover the facades, and warm orange windows glow against a blue-grey night sky. The finder squares are hidden in dense clusters of dark windows, roofs and tree foliage, while the modules run through the brickwork, ornaments and snow-laden branches. Strong contrast between dark roof lines and bright snow keeps the pattern clear, and the empty snow foreground gives the eye a calm resting place.
