About this design

A grinning child with a skeleton face and straw hat leaps across a paved courtyard packed with orange and white pumpkins, mossy hedges and drifting autumn leaves. The dark framed pictures and the heavy pumpkin clusters at the edges take the place of the finder squares, while the hat, knit outfit and tiled ground carry the modules. Strong orange against deep teal and navy keeps the pattern readable, and the fine leaf and brick detail is spread evenly across the scene. A carved jack o lantern sits near the dancer's feet as a small Halloween touch.
