About this design

A page of comic panels shows crumbling pink and tan houses, tufts of dry grass and a few small figures picking through the debris. The rows of windows, doorways and panel borders disguise the finder squares, while the dark window openings, grass clumps and ink hatching carry the modules. Heavy black line work against pale wall fills keeps the dark and light pattern distinct across the whole page. A blue-clad figure bending over in the middle panels is the focal moment of the storyboard.
