A canvas of thick crimson, orange, cobalt and turquoise brush strokes on a cream white ground, with sweeping arcs across the top and thin paint drips near the bottom. Three square frames of cream paint, filled with blocks of blue, olive and red, take the place of the finder squares. Dense red daubs and pale smears of white form the modules, so the dark red against cream keeps the pattern legible through the loose gestural marks. A looping aqua stroke curls over the upper edge like a wave of wet paint.
