About this design

A tiny boxy rover with white panels, rust brown trim and chunky wheels drives along a rocky dirt trail. Two framed square blocks, one on the rover's rear and one on the distant stone structure, carry the dark and white pixel squares that hide the finder patterns, while the rest of the vehicle body is built from the same blocky modules. Strong contrast between white and dark blue or brown cells keeps the pattern readable, and the trees, boulder and sky stay soft and low in detail. Layered pixel shading in the dirt and foliage adds depth around the vehicle.
