About this design

An overgrown garden seen from above, with a tangle of vines, giant leaves and yellow wildflowers taking over broken pavement. The three finder squares are disguised as square wooden planter frames with spiral soil centers, set in tan, terracotta and slate blue. Pale twisting vines and branching roots carry the light modules across dark soil, while the dark ground supplies the dense modules. Strong contrast between the pale vines and the black earth keeps the pattern clear, and leaves and blossoms crowd the edges without crossing the center.
