About this design

A mountain range with pale snowy peaks rises above a calm lake, drawn in black ink inside a teardrop silhouette. Three square frames with inner dark squares act as the finder squares, one set into a dark mountain face and two sitting on the shoreline and water. Clusters of pine trees, ridges and rippled reflections form the dark and light modules. Heavy black fills against white paper and gray gradient slopes keep the pattern sharp, while fine stipple and hatch lines add texture to the peaks.
