Iznik Tulip Tilework Pattern QR Code Art

About this design

A square panel of Iznik style tilework with red tulips and carnation petals scattered over a cream mosaic ground, edged by a cobalt border of curling vines and small blossoms. Three framed squares in red, gold and teal, each with a nested inner block, disguise the finder squares. The tulips, teal leaves and tiny red dotted flowers carry the modules across the cream field. Strong contrast between the dark blue, saturated red and pale background keeps the pattern clear, while fine crackle lines add tile texture.
