About this design

Twisted trees rise through a forest built from tiny tesserae in teal, cobalt, rust brown and leaf green, with blue and green leaves and a few flowers on the branches. Three dark ringed medallions, each holding a single leaf on a yellow ground, disguise the finder squares. The modules run through the bark, branch tangles and scattered leaf pieces, where dark browns sit against pale sky tiles. Grout lines and uneven tile sizes give the whole scene a hand-laid texture.
