About this design

A wooden table crowded with vases of pink dahlias, cream chrysanthemums and yellow blooms, set against a sage wall hung with three framed flower prints. The dark wooden picture frames and the deep crimson blossoms inside them take the place of the finder squares. Clusters of petals and leaves carry the light and dark modules across the middle of the scene. Crimson, brown and green against the pale cream petals keep the pattern distinct, and the soft oil-like brushwork gives it a warm vintage feel.
