About this design

A circular floral mandala in magenta, pink, cobalt blue and cream sits on a dark plum disc, ringed by a thin tan outline and a turquoise tile-style border. Layered petals radiate from a small dark central eye, and the ornate square motifs with blue centers take the place of the finder squares. The modules are carried by the dark purple and crimson petal shapes against pale lilac and cream flowers, so the contrast stays crisp throughout the dense symmetry. The mosaic-like blue edge gives the round shape a finished, tiled rim.
