About this design

A floating futuristic city of dark bronze pods, capsule towers and a glowing blue glass dome hangs above a flat plain, with a bright sun flaring through billowing clouds. The dome and the large rounded gold-trimmed blocks hide the finder squares, while the scattered pods, spheres and pillars carry the dark modules against the pale sky. The contrast between the near-black carved shapes and the bright blue and cream background keeps the pattern clear. Fine gold engraving and light beams add depth without breaking up the grid.
