About this design

A wolf seated in profile, its body filled with a black night sky of tiny white stars, swirls and a sun-like dotted circle. Three framed square motifs hold small moon and star scenes and stand in for the finder squares, while the broken black and white shapes across the body, chest and sweeping tail carry the modules. Strong black against white and fine hatching on the fur keep the pattern clear. Scattered stars and thin radiating lines surround the animal like a tattoo flash sheet.
