Three glass pitchers filled with lemon, lime and cucumber slices, raspberries, blueberries and mint sit on pale stone slabs in shallow, rippling water. Whole lemons and cut halves rest in the foreground beside scattered berries. The pitchers and the clustered fruit slices take the place of the finder squares, while the dense mix of dark green rinds, red berries and bright yellow pulp carries the modules. Strong contrast between the dark fruit and the pale glass and water keeps the pattern readable, and the sparkling ripples add fine detail without muddying it.
