About this design

A Celtic knot emblem in black ink on white, built from interlaced bands that swell into four pointed lobes around a thick circular ring. Three of the nested square motifs act as the finder squares, each set inside the ring and framed by woven bands. The dense central tangle of over and under strands carries the data modules. Heavy black strokes against clean white keep the pattern crisp, and the thin white gaps between the bands separate each strand clearly.
