About this design

Two large maroon and cream butterflies rest among blue forget-me-nots and purple pansies, with smaller blue butterflies drifting around the bouquet. The wing patches, flower heads and dark centers carry the dark modules, while the large butterfly bodies and pansy blooms disguise the finder squares. Pale cream and beige washes keep the light areas clear, and the deep maroon and violet shapes give strong contrast against them. Green stems and leaves fill the gaps with fine detail spread evenly across the whole piece.
