About this design

Black and teal birds with dotted crimson wings fly and perch among strawberries, cherries, blackberries and green leaves on a clean white ground. Three square frames holding clusters of red berries disguise the finder squares, and a fourth frame with a blackberry sits near the lower right. Heavy black wing shapes and dark bird bodies carry the dark modules, while the open white space and small red fruit supply the light ones. Fine feather patterning gives each bird a hand-printed folk feel.
