About this design

A bearded barbarian in a heavy black and white fur coat stands holding a spear, with a huge wolf-like beast looming behind him on a frozen tundra. The finder squares are hidden in the blocky dark patches of the fur coat and the sleeve, so they read as spotted pelt. The remaining modules run through the coat and the beast's pale fur as dark blotches against white. Strong black on white contrast and the quiet icy background keep the pattern distinct, while snowy peaks and blue ice shards frame the scene.
