A framed African tribal textile panel in orange, rust red, black and cream, bordered by zigzag trim and bands of spiral meander squares. Three nested concentric square medallions with stepped frames disguise the finder squares, while dark red blocky glyph shapes and small dark dots carry the data modules across a cream field. Fine engraved line ornament fills the light areas without breaking the strong dark against cream contrast. The side columns of repeating square spirals give the piece a woven rug feel.
